Diabetes Support

Tri-County Hospital is proud to add the Diabetes Support Group to its lineup of community services.  With diabetes on the rise, Tri-County Hospital wants to do its part to educate those with this condition.  The sessions wil lbe held monthly and will be offered in both English and spanish.  These sessions will be offered free of charge.  See the Calendar of Events page for more information.
