Home Health Care

Home Health Care services provide necessary health care services at home for patients recovering from surgeries, injuries and illness when hospitalization is no longer necessary, but the patient is unable to perform normal activities of daily living on their own.

  • Tri-County Hospital Home Health Care hours are 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

  • Nurses may be reached after hours by calling the office at 324-8300.
