Tri-County Hospital Home Health Care covers a 45-mile radius around Lexington including Dawson, Gosper, Buffalo, Custer, Phelps, Furnas, and Frontier counties. We are certified by Medicare and Medicaid and works with private insurance companies who offer home health benefits.
